Terms of Use (Contractor Insurance Lead‑Gen)

Effective Date: August 21, 2025

1. Who We Are

Pilcher Advisors LLC("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates the website at https://www.quotedockpro.com (the "Site"). The Site helps contractors connect with licensed insurance brokers and agencies.

We are not an insurance company or carrier, and we do not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance. Any insurance quotes, advice, or policies are provided solely by third‑party licensed insurance professionals and carriers.

2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility; Business Use

The Site is intended for adults acting on behalf of a business (e.g., contractor, trade company). You represent that you are authorized to submit information for your business.

4. Our Role

We provide intake tools and information that help connect you with licensed insurance brokers/agencies ("Broker Partners"). We are not your insurer or producer of record and we do not provide legal, tax, or risk‑management advice.

Finder posture (default): We act as a marketing/referral platform that transmits your information to one or more Broker Partners with whom we maintain agreements. We do not recommend particular products, interpret policy terms, or negotiate coverage on your behalf.

Producer/agency posture (use only after licensure): If we operate as a licensed producer or agency in any state, we will list our licenses and the capacity in Disclosures.

5. No Guarantee; Independent Brokers & Carriers

We do not guarantee quotes, coverage, premiums, fees, discounts, certificates of insurance, or timelines. Brokers and carriers may require additional information and conduct their own underwriting. All coverage decisions (including issuance of certificates) are made solely by licensed brokers/agencies and carriers.

6. Your Submissions

You may submit business and coverage information, files, and other content (collectively, "Submissions"). You represent that Submissions are accurate and you have the right to provide them. Do not upload Social Security numbers, health information, or unrelated sensitive personal information.

7. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

Use the Site only to evaluate insurance options for your business. You agree not to: (a) provide false or misleading information; (b) interfere with or reverse engineer the Site; (c) use the Site for unlawful or competitive scraping; (d) upload malware or infringing content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose.

9. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a nonexclusive, perpetual license to use them without compensation.

10. Third‑Party Links and Tools

The Site may link to third‑party sites and tools (e.g., scheduling, analytics, consent managers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

13. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your Submissions or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (or your entity’s home state). Arbitration. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in [County, State], before a single arbitrator, except you may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. Class Action Waiver. Disputes must be brought in your individual capacity, not as a class or representative action.
